Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to confirmation by Emirates Tours & Safari. * Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-refundable charges imposed by hotels, attractions, or third-party suppliers. * Cancellations made 4–7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. * Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows, will be non-refundable. * Once hotel accommodation, attraction tickets, transfers, or other services have been confirmed and paid for, any applicable supplier cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund. * No refund will be provided for unused services, missed transfers, late arrivals, or services voluntarily not used by the guest. * In case of flight cancellation or significant flight delay, the applicable cancellation and amendment charges will be determined based on the policies of the hotel and service providers. * Desert safari activities may be cancelled, postponed, or modified due to unsafe weather or operational conditions. Where a service cannot be provided due to such circumstances, Emirates Tours & Safari will offer an alternative arrangement or refund the affected service, where applicable. * Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable. * Any special cancellation conditions applicable to specific hotels, attractions, peak dates, or promotional rates will supersede the standard cancellation policy and will be communicated at the time of booking.
